Joel Buckley served as a Medical Service Corps Officer in the US Army assigned to the 2nd Infantry Division and concluded his service in the 82nd Airborne Division. He then became an Operations Manager for the largest circuit board manufacturer in the US. His team was responsible for securing an 85 million dollar account with DaimlerChrysler. He established the North American market for a technology company based in London, England funded by Shell Ventures as their Vice President of Sales for North America.
 

He started Modular Ventures as a boutique consulting company specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions, business consulting for small businesses, start-ups, and turnarounds. He also mentors Veterans in search of business opportunities. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern New Mexico University.
